Dual Passport Holders Help! German Passport and American Passport Question?

I was recently granted American citizenship and I now have an American passport. I also have my original German passport which I used to get into the the USA. I am returning to Germany for a month to visit family. My question is do I enter Germany using my German passport or should I use my American passport? If I use my German passport, will I have problems getting back into the US in a month since the point of origin on my US passport will be Germany? I don;t think I can use the German passport to come back into the US since I had to turn in the green card when I became a citizen. Has anyone else had this dilemma?

You can go back to Germany, with your german passport, and getting back to USA, use the American passport, No problem,,,,, I doing that all the time,,,,, every thing is OK,,,,, bye, good luck,,
