born in india and accuried canadian citizen just two years ago
i am filling application for dual
there is qyestion which method i used to acuisition present nationality
by birth
descent registraion what is this
naturalization what is this
any ohter method

India doesn't allow dual citizenship. When you became a Canadian citizen you lost your Indian citizenship. You can apply for OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) or PIO (Person of Indian Descent). Neither is true citizenship of India but they have certain advantages. For more information:

naturalization what is this(Born outside of India without a claim to descent but the Indian government allowed you to become an Indian citizen)

I dont understand what you are looking for, If you are born in India you should have no problem keeping you indian citizenship.
