I'm an egyptian and I have a US citizen child. Also, I have my egyptian wife and daughter (12 years old).
Due to current critical unrest situation in Egypt and increased looting, violence and safety concerns in Cairo, we are as a one family looking to immigrate to USA looking for safety. So, are we elligiable to filling a I-130, Petition for Alien Relative form? Or any other immigration form?
We all have valid visa to US, so could we travel direct to USA and communicate with US citizenship and immigration services department? Please advise.
