As someone who is dangerously near the loony left, even I can see where you're coming from! And i'm a minority. The article I read recently that said that British should try to be MORE like the Muslims in England and cater to their needs, rather than try to change them. HELLO? Since when does a nation need to change itself to suit OUTSIDERS? If someone from Britain went to France and said, "Now you must all be like US" I can't even imagine.... IDIOTS! Stop treating people with different skin color as if they are egg-shells. They should respect British culture if they want to be a part of British society!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Lets get back to basics shall we, a previous answer mentioned being close to the loony left. I am probably somewhere left of that. Forget black, white, Islam, Catholic, and all the other segregatory categories. While we are fighting about our differences political religious and racial we are missing something. Why are the immigrants brought in?, cheap labour. Why cheap labour? So the rich can get richer, the only real division we should worry about is the one between the rich and the poor. While we fight among ourselves they are laughing at us and digging ever deeper into our pockets. |

we are being invaded and changed peacefully. The UK has never been a true race it has always had masses of other genetic stock invading and breeding with locals.
As for being PC.....well yes it is getting out of hand and to be honest I have noticed that because people can no longer use 'ethnic' lables or jokes or gender specific jokes or comments the poor redheads are getting masses of 'ginger' jokes because at the moment....there are no laws to protect redheads!!!!
We are all become over sensitive to this PC culture and can't relax and mess around. Trouble is 'we' have always said comments about other races and I know if we could all understand the vast languages used with the new immigrants we would soon realise that 'they' have their own racist names and comments about 'us' too......the fact that we can't hear or understand them doesn't mean that they don't say them!
I know for sure that the Pakistani name for us is something like 'Guran' (I know it's spelt wrong!!!) but they use it frequently when they don't know a person can understand. I am not offended by it because it is a fact....I am white skinned!!!
Racism is at a genetic level anyway...it was all of our tribes safeguard against breeding with the enemy!! It was a way of keeping a certain tribes genetic material intact. It is at the genetic level that we have the instinct to breed with our 'own' kind. Even today we can see that a lot of 'ethnic minority' families refuse to allow marriage 'outside' their own community. Why? Because it is ingrained in us at the cellular level. |

The British Isles are experiencing an extrordinary rate of immigration for sure. The fact is it is not a creation of the 'Left" per se, but of the capitalist classes who fund the political parties.
Immigration which is unskilled bring little or no ecomonic benefit to the host country (proven by a ten year study by Dr Ben Gad of the University of Haifa Israel.)
The reason there is so much immigration is because there is so little real democracy and because the Brits brought into Thatcherism which meants they sold out their citizenship in exchange for consumerism.

I don't believe in this type of discussion, the immigrants simply should not be here only in very small numbers. No immigrants = no arguments about immigration .
Just ask someone who is in favour of mass immigration, they are so ignorant they do not even know the size of the problem, all I have spoken to are unaware that the World's population is over 6.7 BILLION and if 1% of this come to the UK this means 67,000,000 immigrants.
Supporters of mass immigration are George Galloway supporters, need I say more?
Those who deny there is even such a thing as British nationality are usually Indian people stealing our nationality |

I am worried for my safety in later life for a number of reasons, I think my grandparents were the last generation of truely british people. Real values, knowing real hardship. Most men were gentlemen and women took pride in being a "lady". Now the brits that are left in this country are mainly stereotyped by Football hooligans, Vicky pollard and slappers on holiday vomiting all over the streets of Ibiza until the early hours. The rest of this country is spilling over with foraigners and I have talked this subect to death both with friends and family and on here. We are bloody doomed! I think this problem is only going to worsen and now that the flood gates are open we cant kick em all back out again. Not even the bnp can save us now!!!! |

Yeah, I agree... but what can we do about it.
I'm half English, then the other half is Irish and Greek-Cypriot. I say I'm full British, because my Irish grandmother and Cypriot grandfather both say that they are British. Basically... what I'm saying is immigration isn't a bad thing, if immigrants don't expect their new environment to change to benefit them. I have noticed though, especially in the bourough that I was broght up in, that many of the old families are gone and have been replaced with a mass of foreigners. This is obviously extreme, and there should definately be a limit on immigation. But alas... as long as Labour are in power, it will remain the same. The Tories just get accused of racism every time they suggest limits on immigration. Its not racism... its common sense. |

Agree with you if you mean the (TOFFS) country mansion brigade. As for political correctness latest incident is Big brother 8. Had to change the "EYE" from black and white to multi coloured in the interests of "racial harmony" Country is run by baboons. No. The UK is a melting pot of many different cultures and races and has always been so. There is no true British race. That is just a myth circulated by those who seek to hate and control.
It is far more true that we in the UK are peacefully invading the rest of the world - buying up property all over the place and forcing young people in those countries out of the housing ladder... |

As a Guardian reader I think only what I read- so as a true Islington Socialist I feel all immigrants are social contributors. I mean, why learn English- it's a language of a non-existent people (as per Guardian) and therefore doesn
't exist- which also conforms to my French reading on existentialism.
Immigrants are wonderful- but I hope they don't live in Islington- otherwise I'll have to move to Kensington.

I agree. In parts of France, Germany and the UK Radical Islam is taking over, and the courts are letting them. Shari'a Law is being practiced in countries that should be free. This means Honor killings are happening, and the government is letting it happen.
Do to the Kyoto Protocol Britain families are being encouraged to have fewer kids to save the planet. The average couple now has 1.1 children. That's not even enough to re-populate their country. (The old number was 2.4 kids)
However, Hindu's, Muslim's and Africans value large families, do not follow the Kyoto treaty, and are have more then 2.4 kids per family.
Telling other cultures to follow UK laws is politcally incorrect.
Haveing too many children is politically incorrect too. It's destroying them. |

Not that I am against old people.... old people have more sense the the newer generations and more respect...except for the nasty racist types who should be shot off to the moon.,..
The people who say we fought in the war can be countered by the new immigrants from the middle east who say we have lived through an illegal war....
Tomorrow if this country is attacked everyone will defend just as they did in the second world war or did you miss the new cenotaph to commonwealth soldiers who risked their lived for this f****ng country and were only treated to a memorial in 1998. |
