Ex doesn't want to provide my son's green card to me.?

I got court order that after my request letter my EX has to provide me my son's green card but 6 months passed after the letter and seems he doesn't want to. What should I do ? I have no money for lawyer. Do I do policy report or anybody can help me ?

Request the court to enforce their order.

File the Form I-90 with USCIS to replace the card. Inform USCIS that it was stolen and report it to the police as well.

Contact the court, he is violation of a court order which he can be arrested for. Good Luck.
