wife is having family visa on husband visa if she exit oman 2-09-2008 and can she enter to oman on 9-04-2009 (more than six month)

Normally it expires after six moths & new visa is required, unless the rule has been changed recently. There were rumours that they are extending it to 1 years, but I'd suggest if u ring Oman's Embassy in ur country & ask them for latest information.

My friends mother reentered after almost 1 year. so i dont think there would be a problem in your case
