What does line 7 mean? It asks about last residence of applicant out of US for more than 1 year. Is this the current residence?

My fiance has lived at his current address outside the US for over 5 years. So, does he put that address or does he put the last address he lived at for more than 1 year?

Yes, it is his current residence abroad.The line above that is the summary of the places he has lived in for the last 5 years.
Additional answer:
Line 6 is the summary of places he has lived in the last 5 years and Line 7 is his current address. So I think he has to put only his present address on both lines if he has lived on that address for the last 5 years. |

It's the last address that you lived at for more then one year that was outside of the US. So, let's say you lived in Canada for 6 months. That isn't long enough to go on that particular line, that would be included somewhere in the lines above that in the addresses for the last 5 years. Just for example, if you were currently living in Canada but had only been there for 6 months but had lived in France for over a year, the French address would go on that line.
If your fiance has lived outside of the US, the address that would go there is the last address outside of the US that she resided at for more then one year. So, if she just moved but lived at her previous address for more then one year, then the previous address (outside the US) goes on that line.
If you have never lived outside of the US at the same address for longer then one year, then that line gets marked with N/A for not applicable.
Remember, you have to fill out all 4 pages for that one person exactly the same. So you will be sending in a total of 8 pages of G325 with 4 of them being your information and 4 of them being her information.
The g325 is included for both of you with one set being your information and one set being your fiance's information. |
