For how many years I can get a HSMP Visa in UK?

HSMP is abolished, now new Tier 1 is in place, when u successfully are granted, u get 3 years visa initially & then it will be extended for 2 more years. After completion of 5 years of stay on Tier 1 in UK, u can apply for ILR (Indefinite Leave to Remain) in UK.
