i don't blame the government. ALL MPs are liars, deceivers and nest featherers. they are there! to take bribes and take part in insider trading, legalised extortion etc. that's what MPs do.....after all! if you invited a thief into your home then you can hardly be surprised when he runs off with the family silver. i blame the British public who just sit back and allow it all to continue. the British public who 'even though, see the criminal activity in parliament every day, the lies, the deception, the dodgy insider dealings STILL vote! for the main two party's????? knowing that they are liars. knowing that they are only interested in their own agenda. the British deserve to be in the mess they are in. the mess will continue to infest society until the British people wake up, realise that this is their! country and start voting for change.

foreign workers are not very picky when it comes to wages. They get minimum wage and dont moan about it. So therefore companies hire them as they are cheap labour.

We "british" first thing we look at is "how much do we get paid" - then the decription of the job.

to me, money is far much more important. I have to pay mortgage, bills, food, childrens things etc and i cant afford to be on minimum wage. To ease and help us with finacial difficulties i work full time and my husband works from 8am till 10.30pm just to get in the extra cash so we have better future.

it is appaulling as i know, alot of of my friends and family look for jobs, and they find it so hard to find one. And dont get employed.

Its no wonder alot of people are on the dole.

Edit - I laugh at the people who say it's not true the ONS back in November published figures - see the Telegraph figures - some people are just deluded!

Hell yeah I'm fed up of it. Lets invite everyone into our country and give them free medical treatment, benefits if they can't find a job, oh and let's give them a free house on us just to make them extra happy??

I once was in need of housing - they told me they were sorry but there was a waiting list of over a year! That very same day - a woman from South Africa had moved to UK, got a council house - a college course paid for her, her childcare paid for her, and benefits to keep her going while she was out of work.

You ONLY get to stay IF you have either a financial sponsor (as there's no welfare system) OR skills that are in short supply (thus you'll be able to get work immediately) !

As much as I love the UK the current state of affairs has led me to move aboard where my skills are appreciated and I won't loose out on a job because I'm not a minority with lesser qualifications. It's very frustrating and I can only hope that a member of our government realises the long term effects of the immigration policy on our nation.

I will not move back to the UK to work until our government puts us first. This is not intended to be a racial comment, just common sense. I feel like we are been driven from our own homeland.

to some extent yes but these peolpe come here and work hard they pay into the system the same way as you and me most of the jobs which immigrants take are jobs we wouldnt do wheather foign or not

Yes, I was looking for a job on a council website and there was one (in housing - so well paid after you have been doing it for a few years!) where you HAD to be foreign to apply.
This was an entry job in housing that had training - I have NEVER before seen that job available to UK citizens, you ALWAYS need experience and qualifications????

i am well known both on the internet and locally for my stance against immigration.

this is just another example as to why people like myself should be called "nationalist" instead of racist.

our beloved land is being eaten away by the cancerous growth of immigration-and we all have to make our voices heard before it is too late.

i do not trust the BNP so we as a nation will have to do it and we can make a start by voting out the puppet government that allowed them to come here unchallenged in the first place.

and for cool hal-yes mate-if they are cheap enough employers will hire them-after all business is business!-immigrants are grateful for anything they can get-employers pay less than the statutory rate of pay because they know the immigrants won't say anything-if the immigrants were not here employers would be forced (and they can afford it) to pay the native population a decent wage to get their orders out.

True but the new jobs are aimed at them they are minimum wage which not many brits with a morgage or family can afford to go for because we don't want to live 10 to a three bed house

such as immigrant workers who do not speak english get longer to learn a call centre job than british people do.

whereas the calls coming in are british speaking people and calls should be answered by people who cn speak english.

why are these people getting more help yet again than those born here

One day they say 'high unemployment due to immigrants' and the next 'they're taking all the jobs'. Migrationwatch are a joke and the only people who take them seriously are the BNP!!

These same jobs, taken by foreigners, are the same jobs that have been vacant and open for the citizens of the UK before they arrived. They snapped them up and the employers that needed them must have been happy with the outcome.

Yes Glenn indeed I am! We are storing up massive problems for our future generations to come - and I am not just talking about decades either. Given what is happening in our country right now, I see a future whereby GB will no longer exist as we have known it. Our way of life, culture, beliefs will have gone down the pan into "the pot of multiculturism" spewed out from the mouths of the Leftie PC Brigade Liberals! I just hope when our kids, their kids and their kids, etc blame us for allowing this to happen we have a bloody good answer for them!!
