Form I-130 question #14 and #17?

I am helping my husband complete the I-130 form for his parents and don't know what to answer on question #14 of the application, we have the dates his parents entered and the date they left the states but we don't have the # that was given on the I-94 form, i have looked around on the internet and it states that this form is given once they enter and retrieved once they depart the united states, are they given a copy? Can i submit the applications without the number and only dates of arrival and departure?

On question# 17 do i need to list all of their adult kids or only each other (husbandwife) on each application?

14 question you put how they came here, if it was with a visa you put visitor.
Under it says arrival records I-94 you put UNKNOWN and next to it the date.
But if you do that you have to fiil out form
I-102 that one have to be fill out by your husband parents only.
#17 you have to put all kids your husband parents have .

You need the I-94 answers only if they are now in the US. All of their
children should be listed in item 17.
