How can these countries ever improve if their citizens never stay to help? I think that's the real reason immigration needs to stop for awhile.

I am all for secure borders and LEGAL imigration. But that is not the history of your country. You know have a large population of (illegal) workers in the USA. And why is this a concern? First, don't believe anything the news heads tell you about how bad this is for the economy. The fact is; the US was built and became the stongest economy on the planet because of LOW COST/NO COST labour (slaves). The companies that hire these people understand that it makes sense to pay as little for labour as possible to make big profits. They continue to do this hiring because of the profits it affords them and they continue to lobby the government to take it easy on enforcing the rules because of the profits and really if you think about it the damage to the US economy if they couldn't get cheap labour. The government knows this and this why the borders have not been made more secure.
Even the threat of terroism and easy access to the US over insecure borders hasn't forced the government to do more than to make speaches and make it look like they're doing stuff to stop it. They know that their largest businesses and supporters depend on the easy access to cheap labour, which is better for the country than the risk of terrorism. And the real fact is that if all the illegals were to be deported or even half of them (something I think is impossible to do) OR if they went on strike for two months the US economy would be so much trouble that it may never recover. You got them because the powers that be want them there. You've got to adopt them and allow them to stay. The country has NO CHOICE economicaly speaking. Make the best of the situation.

FYI There are 1200 terrorist groups in 150 cities with weapons. One group had an American stand out front while they are doing something in the back-woods.
