Girlfriend pregnant in usa im from uk how do i move there?

i have been with my girlfriend in usa for over a year now and she just announced she pregnant but im from the uk i want to move there to support my future family but iv tried looking at green cards etc and it all seems really confusing is there any1 that has any experience in this i drive a 3.5 ton vans so i know id be able to get a job over there but not sure were to start any help would be great thanks.

Get engaged, have her sponsor you for a fiancee visa, get married. It's a long process. She'll need to contact an immigration attorney in her area to get started. Isn't cheap either.

In order to get a visa based on employment, you would have to have skills that are needed in the USA. We already have enough truck/van operators.

The only way I see is to apply for a fiance visa, for which you would have to marry within 90 days of arriving here. Your girlfriend would also have to prove financial responsibility for you in order to sponsor you.

The easiest and fastest way is for her to apply for a K1 fiance visa for you. It can take 4-12 months to process - you never know. Then you get married within 90 days and file for an adjustment of status to remain in the country.

The k1 visa is probably a good idea. This process can take up to 12 months as stated. I'm going thru this process myself. I filed in December and am still waiting. It'll be at least the summer before she comes over to the US.

The UK is a (VWP) visa waiver country. I've heard about people who come over to the US on this visa and gotten married and filed for adjustment of status. This is much quicker than the K1 route.

Suggest that you look into this. Read the pros and cons about this process so you don't get into visa fraud trouble. There's plenty of debate about it.
