Going to marry my fiancee from Mauritius and move him here with me what forms do I need to use?

Where would I find the correct forms? What is my next step?

If you intend to marry him here, and you're an American citizen and the two of you have met in the past 2 years, you'd file an I-129f fiance petition. If you intend to marry elsewhere and bring him here as your spouse, you'd file an I-130 immigrant petition for him. both are filed through USCIS. check out www.uscis.gov for more information and downloadable forms.

despite various estimates it takes about same amount of time if you marry then apply for visa (i130) or apply for visa as fiancee (i129f). Dont make mistake of paying anyone, including a lawyer for any help. Only money should be paid to government & they will give you all info you need online or even over phone without ever needing your name. Look on uscis.com
Be prepared for waiting for visa to be approved. Could be as long as 6 months. If you marry in Mauritius then you will have forms to provide and apply in Mauritius. I believe they ask for an FBI or police afidavit saying your ok person. I also believe there is waiting period of week to one month.
I married my wife 5 years ago from Mauritius. We went to Seychelles to marry as marriage inexpensive & super easy for forms, etc. Made for nice honeymoon & were able to marry 2 days after arriving. Most amazingly beautiful place to wed. After that it took 7 months before she got her visa to come to states. I believe since then they have tried to speed up process.
We did the marriage first route because less process later in the states. If you do fiance, then there is an extra step later after married, but its all the same time waiting and etc. other than that one extra application later on.
