1] Can i renew my drivers license with it.
2] What does it mean in general ,why does my have "for work purpose only" and others dont what does it mean.

You can still renew your DL. It says for work purpose only because you're not a green card holder and you may have a non-immigrant visa status. |

you can get a lic it just means you are not permenant resident it allows you to work as long as what ever doc u hold its valid |

It allows you to renew you license only if you are legal. It means that SSC is not a certificate of being a permanent residence. |

i had that before (3weeks ago). i think you can do anything with it. it just lets others know that you dont have a green card. |

That usually means you are a lawfully admitted alien and if you try to work, you must have work authorization from the Dept of Homeland Security. |

One they want that SS# in case you ever do something wrong or they need to track you down they have this number to go by.Must have for work as they must tax out taxes they cannot take out taxes without a vaild number but fake ones work for so long |
