Green Card Fiance Taxes?

Hello

My wife( US citizen) is asking a green card for me. We have a co-sponsor because she have never filled taxes. We are both students and young (20 both of us) and she have never worked. I have my interview next week and my lawyer told my wife that she needs a letter from an accountant that states that she didn't filled taxes. I tried to get the letter today but the accountant that I spoke didn't have an idea about that document.

Do you know what kind of document does my wife needs to show that she didn't fill taxes?

If she had insufficient income she need not have filed an income tax return. There is no reason why she would need such a letter if
immigration did not specifically ask for it.If it were required, the
statement would need to be from IRS rather than an accountant who
would have no way of knowing whether she had filed.
