Hi everyone, I have a situation : Last week my mother had an interview for green card. The consulate said that they had to check her records to find out whether she had made any crime or not because they couldn't get her fingerprints (her fingerprints are blur because of age). But yesterday they called her for the second interview. The lawyer told my mother no one passed the second interview when the consulate asked them. I was really depressed. What is she supposed to do? Did the lawyer lie? And I wonder why they wanted my mother to have another interview.
