H1B Cancellation on Domestic Voilance?

My sister is have lot of trouble with her husband. He is torturing her. Now they have come to agreement that my sister go to india and stay there for 6 months then her husband would bring her back to us. Husband is on H1B. Now my sister's visa expired and when she goes to India she has to go to stamping. It might happen so that her husband would not give the proper documents to get her visa. This will make her to stay in India. Since husband is here in US, we cannot a divorce. Is it possible to cancel husband H1B by my sister when she is in India? Any advice on what should my sister do now?

H1B is employer's petition. Only his US employer can cancel the H1B. She has no power to cancel his H1B visa.
She can file a divorce based on domestic violence in US before she leaves. That could place a dent on him later getting green card.
My questions is that if she is that miserable with the husband, why would she still want to come back to him on H4? |
