My cuzzin and his GF are happy together but they are probably having a baby in the near future, but she is not a legal body in the USA, she is not a legal resident but she might be pregnant, and my cuzzin is juss a permanent resident for the past 3 years... she was brought to the USA when she was 10 yo and she is now 18 living in NJ... Is there something to do about it... could they get married in order for her to get the required paper work to stay in the USA... PLEASE IDEAS... this is a real situation, no jokes please... do you guys have any advise

If she entered the country illegally there is nothing they can do. She will have to return home and apply and likely be denied and given a ban. Unless some sort of amnesty is granted that is her only option.
And in regards to the condom statement, it is a shame his parents did not use them, the world would be a better place. |

Getting married changes nothing. Even if she were not an illegal alien, he's just a green card holder and it would take between 5 and 6 years for him to petition a spouse.
The best thing is for her to go home. |
