HSMP dependant (de facto) required documents?

Hi, my fiance and I have been living together well over 2 years and we've both been in the UK for a year now. Currently he is on HSMP and I am on WHV. I am returning to Australia for a visit but wish to come back for a couple of more years so am thinking of switching to be on his visa. I've read up and got some basic info from the UK Border Agency website but it does not really specify exactly what documents we need to produce

If you know or have applied for the same category visa please let me know what documents are required for this type of visa?

a) Your fiance 's Home Office Reference number
b) His Original HSMP approval Letter
c) Your Original Passport with atleast 6 months validity
d) Bank statements for 6 months at least 3 Months of your fiance and yourself
e) Utility bills showing any other evidence that you and your fiance are living together if you guys don't have marriage affidavit or certificate
f) Latest wage slips from your employer
g) Correctly filled application form with Photographs
