Has the UK government immigration policy betrayed the working class most of all?

An MP will shaft anyone, anytime any place as long as money and power is involved. Our parliament is a parasite infested toilet. That's the way it has been since new labour made lies deception and theft in government acceptable. But, the fact is, its the people that have let themselves down by not standing up to, what has been, the worst government in British history....IE: new labour. Its their country, their children's future. But they didn't have the backbone to stand and be counted then!....and they haven't the backbone now. And still over three thousand immigrants a week are flooding into Britain all wanting to be fed housed and a place on the NHS......The British are cowards. They would sooner leave the problem for their children to have to face, rather than get the job done themselves. This country is heading for disaster because no one is willing to get out onto the streets and demand the borders be closed. We cannot sustain this level of immigration and I think parents should hang their heads in shame for handing their children this coming multicultural destructive Hell.

They lied about it and kept their plans secret, so yes. If they had been up front and honest we could possibly have put in place what there is now, the points system, 10 years ago and we wouldn't have the dregs of society that we have now.

An immigration policy in ANY country without an ASSIMILATION policy is doomed to failure. We now have in Canada and the USA, a population of GROUPS of people from many countries that huddle together.

They CREATE their own little minnie country inside their host.

This has always occurred, but they EVENTUALLY assimilated into the basic laws and culture of their host country.

This is not happening, and this is what is the problem.

does the fact that there are Brits living all over the world not mean anything to you or are you a little Eng-lander that believes that its only people that come to the UK that are immigrants
there are over 1 million brits living in Spain now and god knows how many live in Australia
so please understand it works both ways

No, because current immigration policy started in the 1950's when Britain was short of manual labour after the war. What you have now is a direct result of that policy.Without that manual labour, the NHS would not have survived into the 1960's

Tin-god is correct. Over 3 million Brits are now immigrants all over the world, me included. We all became immigrants in another country. Even now, tens of thousands of Brits are still emigrating to Australia
