Hello, question about immigrant medical examination to the U.S?

Is there a problem, if I have a hypertension controlled on medication (as stated in the medical examination form) ? and will I deliver copies of the medical examination form at the port of entry just because of my case or is it a normal procedure for all immigrants ? In other words, will this examination result be kept in permanent health record for me to be supplied when applying for a job?

This, I really don't know, but you might be able to find it online.

I can't imagine that it would. In the US, it is illegal for an employer to ask about medical history or conditions. They are not allowed to ask personal information that might result in discrimination like age and ethnicity.
