Help! Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested my brother!?

Help! Where can I locate my brother? ICE detained him two days ago when he went to renew his green card. My brother is a refugee and does not have any felony conviction against him. We have been in this country for 20+ years. Where can I start looking for info? What happens next?

Been here 20 years? And you never tried to become a citizen? Why not?
But yes, start with ICE and possibly the embassy for whatever country you are from originally.

Start by looking in his home country, that is where he belongs and where he will be going back too.

It is not right that they did not tell you where he was detained or a way that you could contact him. Possibly they are just questioning him or maybe he is confused with a criminal.
