Help!Out Of F-1 Status!Plz!?

Hi i just found out that i was out of my F-1 status ,because of my college .
I took one term and decided legally withdraw the next term ,and resume next term ,i signed all papers which makes me to not break any emigration rules ,and left to other state ,after 1 month i came back to resume my next term and see what kind of class i am taking , and my instructor told me that i cant take any classes because i am no longer my college student due to withdraw from class.
Classes started in April 10 and they told me i was withdraw from college because i did not show up for 14 days so i will be automatically withdrawed .
So i i had i missed 14 days after term started ,so i t will be 24 April and then i had 15 days to solve the problem ,so it will be 9 may ,but today is 28 May ,it means i have lost my status 20 days ago?What i have to do now?Can i reinstate my visa?is it not to late ?how long i can stay ?
Please if you know what exactly to do can you explain me?
Also i emailed to my embassy and they answered me :
We recommend you contact the nearest USCIS office in your area and
clarify the course of action you must take.
I did what they told me made appointment which is next week,also Booked ticket June 27 ,If i will stay till June 27 will it affect me or i have to leave earlier?How many days in may situation grace period?will i have problem in airport?are they going to ask me questions?

I'd suggest going back, and re-do it all over again like the above poster said. It's an F1 Visa, so it shouldn't be a problem, as long you're enrolled in the College. Don't worry, hope it's going to work for you. Good luck. |
