OKay my best friend has a green card and its expired.she she went to go renew it but they told her that she needs her birth certicate,but she doesnt have it.she lost it a long time ago.What can she get besides her Birth certicate?

Why does she need her birth certificate? Generally, nothing more than the old card, or if lost, a drivers license is needed. Is she trying to correct a date or spelling that was wrong on the card? |

Her passport should work that has all her informatino on it just like her BC. If not go to www.uscis.gov and search your question. |
