We are having a baby in April and we dont even know the laws my wife is from italy almost 7 yrs past her date to leave. What do we need to do concewrning our child will we have to leave the country can she stay now because we have baby will the baby be USA citizen because I am the father/ WE have no idea what to do next if you have ideas or know who we can talk to please let us know
