Ya know, I read the word as "my-NOOT" first before reading it as a portion of time. I think the Mexican would win because it seems like Mexicans, in general, work harder than the average hateful racist, therefor he'd be in better shape, overall.

A little history for you.

California, Texas the whole south western US was once Mexican territory. At some point the United Statesians immigrated in mass into Mexico, when there were more United Statesians than Mexicans in California it became fairly easy for the US to convert north western Mexico into south western US.

Alot of the Minute Men, were at one time members of law enforcment units and the Military..... the served their country , now that some of them are retired, the answer the call onec agine. They are brave men and woman, that have came togeather to help protect the American infostructure...

DIfferent idea, but their average family is a LOT larger than your average American.
Heres what I think
First I'd put up the fences so that no more could cross. I'd then go after every single company that hire illegal immigrants, every American citizen has an ID card of some sort right, so it wouldn't be that hard to round up the ones who don't. Conduct sting operations to capture illegal workers and employers who hire illegal workers. Third, for every illegal immigrant that we catch, I would give their country the bill.-(price to feed, hydrate and secure and transport them back to their country.) Yes I know they probably will not pay but, we could just decrease the amount of their people we allow into our country legally, that will start to turn some heads. Now as for the fence, I think graduates from all the military branches should go on the border for 1 year (not including their regual time in service) whether to conduct patrols or to do paper work. The border patrol need our help the minuteman are not racists or vigalanties, there are our neighborhood patrol group who what not only to keep out towns near the border safe but out country. If you think the minutemen are racist then you are calling the border patrol the same.

Eli's got his history wrong. We didn't just "convert" half of Mexico into US territory. We won it during the Mexican War (1846-1848), which was fought over the placement of the Mexico-Texas border.

Kub, you've already chosen your side, looks like, but what do you do when the House finally gets it in gear, passes the laws, and gets the border closed? The senate's moving in that same direction, now, a majority of americans really don't want the country full of people from all over hell that just decided to bounce on in. 'go for the throat' immigration is going to result in one thing, and I'm pretty sure it won't turn out as a boxing match, either...
