Hey does anyone know how long, in k3 visa immigration process, after a case complete, do they take to schedule the visa interview??? Ive been reading that the interview is scheduled for the following month after the case complete, like if i got a case complete in april the interview itself would be in May, am i right, does anyone know??????? ive been all over the visajourney website.

Your petition generally takes 6 months to process in the USCIS here. Now, it will all depend on the case load of the US Embassy in the country of your spouse. The processing time there varies from country to country. Expect a time frame of 6 months to a year. That would be K-3 visa in hand. |

Depends on how many are ahead of you they may say 30 days and it could take 60 days.Nothing with the GOV works in a timely manner |

It depends on a country where you are going to have an interview. Some consulates schedule interviews in a month after they receive the petition, others have you wait for 3-4 months, some consulates send you a letter where they tell you to schedule your interview yourself, by mail or by phone
By the way, if you say something about "case complete", it looks like it is CR1/IR1 process, not K3. |
