Well, my question is i been to the states already and extended my stay and before the visa expired i went back home of course. But now i was wondering if i apply for non-immigrant visa again, will i have a problem getting it again? I followed all the laws and rules and never break them but now i want to go back there for holiday and things, I got family there who is willing to sponsor me and pay for everything while i am there like before. So will i get a approve or denied, when i apply and i show them my invitation letter to them that my family or aunt is willing to sponsor and i got a place to stay. Is the age a problem example if you are 21 or over, will that stop me from going? Thanx

No, I had a reason why i extended because my uncle pass away and i applied for extension and it was approved.. after that i went home.

If you didn't overstay after your extension was approved and a considerable time has passed already before you apply again I don't think it will be an issue against you provided you are qualified or entitled to be issued a new visa. They would have considered already your age and all other factors when you applied for a visa and if you get approved then you shouldn't be worrying about your age.Besides, 21 is already considered an adult and old enough to travel. |

generally you need to stay away from US for the same time you were in USA. so if you were in Usa for 6 months then you cannot go back for another 6 months. |

to some extent, it will depend on how long you're back home before you apply. I imagine you didn't tell the original interviewing officer you intended to stay for a year, so when you go back, they may not automatically believe what you tell them this time, especially if you're only back for a few days or weeks before you decide to take a long vacation in the US again. |
