I don't know, you can go to the American embassy in Ballsbridge and ask them what you will need. (or to whatever country if it's not the US) find them embassy and go. I know for the American embassy you will need to make an appointment online to get in there. Ask them what you will need and they will help you. You will need a plan. What do you want to do when you get here? how will you support yourself? etc. so be prepared

If you have immediate blood relatives (parent, sibling, or adult child) who are US citizens and who are willing and able to sponsor you, they can petition. If you are approved, you then wait for your priority number to come up. It will take a number of years, depending on the relationship between you and your sponsoring relative.
