you need to QUALIFY to immigrate before you can apply.

How much education do you have? If you have a 4 year degree then you should be fine, but with no degree, you may struggle to qualify.

Here are the details.

You have two choices
.

1 - federal skilled worker

You need to have at least 1 years work experience in your chosen field before you can apply. 4 years is better - gives you more points.

You must have at least one continuous year of full-time, paid work experience or the equivalent in part-time [1 year full time - 2 years part time]. continuous employment. Your work experience must be Skill Type 0 (managerial occupations) or Skill Level A (professional occupations) or B (technical occupations and skilled trades) on the Canadian National Occupational Classification (NOC).
You must have had this experience within the last 10 years.

2 - provincial nominee.

If you speak french then you can apply for Quebec,. IF you do NOT speak french, then apply for another province (Ontario, BC or Alberta are the best) .

If you do emigrate under the provincial nominee program, you are required to stay in that province for (either) 2 or 3 years before you can leave.

Provincial nominee programs can be processed faster than the federal program.

AHHH don't pay to anyone to make ur application.

Wanting to live and work in Canada isn't enough. You need to first see if you qualify to immigrate. I understand you're a "...honest, hard worker..." but so are the thousands and thousands of unemployed Canadian citizens who are also looking for work.

Do you understand that we are in the midst of a very serious recession? That means that what few jobs there are out there will go to qualified Canadian citizens, not to foreigners. Unfortunately, there is also an increasing call by some citizens to tighten up our immigration.

Even if you qualify to immigrate, unless you have a job offer from a company or an immediate relative in Canada who can sponsor you, you won't be able to come to Canada anytime really soon.

Please take a look through http://www.cic.gc.ca and read the whole website very carefully. Immigrating to Canada takes a very long time and there are currently close to one million other people ahead of you in line. Canada only accepts about 250,000 new qualified immigrants each year so I think you can see how long it would take you.

My advice? Stay where you are for now. It isn't that you would not be welcome here in Canada - just that now is not the time to try and immigrate here. Sorry, that's just the way it is.
