Hi everyone, my wife is petitionning for me an 129f and I-130 but she never paid taxes can that cause refusal?

She owes taxes and i have been told that will effect obtaining a green card throught I-130, will 129f form be enough so i get in the states and apply after we pay gradually her taxes in the next 2 years after i settle in the us? if not can anybody link relative effect of taxes on a k3 visa application?

well, she won't be able to file a proper I-864 affidavit of support for you, and that will be a problem, since you can't be approved for an immigrant visa without one. |

She certainly does not sound like the model citizen in not paying her fair just due for the herself. How would the government think she will be able to support you? Yes, this is very detrimental to your coming to the states. |
