I'd do your degree first.
When you apply for residency you get points related to many facors. One of them will be your education. If you have a degree you will get lots of points. If you contribute to growth and economy of England you are more likely to be granted residency.
You also get added points, not just for your degree but for doing it in the UK. You could get work experience also during your degree time.
PS:The country is called the United Kingdom of Great Britain not 'England' |

I don't know the answer, but I would research it very carefully before you comit yourself. They have very strict rules about who can work there. Even marrying a british citizen won't get you accepted the way it would in some other countries.
It can be a real problem if you don't do it right. |

Why don't you wait and see how you get on with your degree and how much you like the country after studying there for a few years.
England (which is a country despite what Mark H thinks) is in a recession right now (same as Ireland where I live). Also its cold and wet a lot of the time, I used to live there so I know these things.
You might feel completely differently once you graduate and also the rules regarding immigration might have changed so you'd be better to wait and find out more information when you are actually there. |

You should probably start by getting a passport and looking into getting a student visa. Those usually allow you to live and go to school in another country legally. When you are done with school, you will probably need a work visa or something. I think you should be fine as long as you are working and/or going to school. |

When you get your Law Degree, would it not be a better idea to go back to your own Country, as I am sure there would be a lot of People who would take advantage of your Services there, and most likely be glad of you. |
