How can Americans believe illegal immigration reports coming out of Arizona?

when they have a Sheriff who's allowed to abuse his power, racial profile and put his Citizens in danger by focusing on illegal immigration instead of the real violent criminals. And a County Attorney who just happens to be the Sheriff's side kick that even went as far as creating a label for ONE incident that happened in Phoenix, AZ. That same County Attorney "Andrew Thomas" even donated money to the right winged radio station's DJ (KTAR) to publish a book on immigration.

This guy has been in the news for a number of years, he may be a local hero, or failure depending on your views, but he isn't much know in the rest of the US.

If the people of AZ get annoyed enough, he will be removed.
If they are willing to put up with him, there isn't much the rest of the US can do about it.

You seem to believe that being illegal is OK. Illegal means it is not legal, therefore a crime. Since you believe in all this illegal activity, you may want to let everyone in prison to be freed throughout the United States. Eliminate Police, Federal Agents, Correction Officers, private security guards. We can have anarchy. Tell those who are waiting in their home countries, to stop hoping. Although I don't agree with Sheriff Joe Arpaio's abuse of power, he has made a dent in local crime.

In most cases, most people don't mind being asked if they are legally here in the United States, because if they are legal here in the United States, they have nothing to hide.

Maybe other politicians should support Joe Arpaio's views on illegal immigration. If they did, Sheriff Joe Arpaio would not be an Arizona icon.

I did not vote for Sheriff Joe, but I don't disagree with his efforts.

Phoenix, unfortunately, is a sanctuary city. The illegals know all about Joe yet they flock to Phoenix. Why is that I wonder. So they can claim racial profiling. So they can sue the City or State. If the illegals, really had a problem with the way crime is handled in Phoenix why are there so MANY of them there.
