How can I get a PARENT VISA for my son's Father coming from the UK to the USA?

My son's father lives in London, England and we think that it would be best for him to come here and help raise and support him. I know there are such things as Parent Visas for those who have children who are United States citizens, but how do we go about petitioning for one? I would love some really good advice to know if this venture is even worth pursuing. Thank you!

There is no such thing as a parent visa. Your child can petition for him as a parent,but not until he is 21.
You can apply for a fiance visa for him if you plan on marrying the father of your child. If not,you don't have many other options.

For children that are over 21 years old and only those children that are 21+ can patiton their foreign parents.

I answered you already, if your son is under 21 - then there's no parent visa. If you marry his father and you're a US citizen his father could come on a green card and if you are not a US citizen but you are on a working visa - his father could come under your working visa.

When your son is over the age of 21 he can petition his father.

If you are not married to the father, or do not intend to marry the father, and your son is under the age of 21, there's nothing either one of you can do to assist him in immigrating to the United States. He'd have to qualify on his own merit.

If you were to assist the father in getting a fiance visa you'd have to get married within 90 days of his arrival in the United States. Then, you'd have to live together as a married couple and be able to prove it two years later when he applied for his permanent green card.

He has to petition on his own to come over. There is no such thing as a parent visa unless your child were over the age of 21. Were you to marry, then you could petition for a spouse visa.

He has to apply for one. It could take up to a year! I live in England but I am currently living with my brother in America. I got mine declined be cause all the trouble I got myself into at school! So after the school year is up i am going back home.

But I learned 62% percent of people who apply for a Visa do not get it! As for petitioning it I do now you need a lot of signatures!

You could also try an immigration attorney but I don't Know how far you will get!
