I wanted to help my brother to get a job here in USA, are there companies in here willing to hire professionals from abroad? He's a Marine Engineering graduate. How will I start to help him?

He should send out the resume and apply for jobs. Workers visa is employer's petition. US Employer who is willing to hire has to file petition for the employee.

even though he is a college grad, there is no demand for marine engineer here, I know in the phil. but not in the US. unless he study something in the medical fields or in I.T. he will have very little chance of finding an employer. |
