How can I visit my sweetheart in UK?

The story is complicated, but here it goes. I am from Ukraine and my fiance is from UK. I am 22 and he's 30 years older, but we're really in love and want to be together. We met via internet, were friends at first (he was married back then), then he and his wife split and we got romantic. He's just about to get Decree Absolute. We met 3 times. Twice he was here in Kiev. And now we both want me to come and visit him in UK. We don't really know which visa do we need and which is easier to get- visitor's or fiancee. TBH, I don't really care which, I just wish with all my heart to have it granted. The big trouble is that I'm unemployed, owning only small bank account and living with mother (my father passed year ago). And he doesn't work either (hence he's disable) and rents his house where he lives with grown up son. I would really appreciate any advice about how can I come to UK.
