is there any visa to be applied for to get married?

Either you arrange a "marriage by proxy" (in Italian is called "matrimonio per procura"), or one of the spouses flies to the other's home country bringing the relevant paperwork and gets married there.

Italy has no "fiance visa" system like the US does. For further info, please check the website listed as source.
