I think your father should be eligible to immigrate to Canada
He will immigrate under the Federal Skilled worker program.
He will come under the following NOC.
3112: General Practitioners and Family Physicians

If you want to immigrate as a dependent you MUST be UNDER the age of 18. if you are over 18 then you must immigrate on your own.
Only children over 18 and UNDER 22 and who are STILL IN SCHOOL and supported by your parents and still LIVE with your parents, can immigrate as dependents. |
