we have 3 kids a 4 going on 5 a 2 going on 3 and one on the way we been m. for 5 years and i been whit him.for 8 or 9 years if you do not like mexicas dont tell me aboute ok only need to know how to get green card

we married for 5 years dont tell me i need same one ouz i dont he the best dad the kids can have he the dad to 3 he takes care of me and the kids and i dont want any one ouz w you like me to tell you, you need same ouz and you have kids whit her or him that not only going to hunt you but your kids to think about it befor saying it

You'd need to marry him if you're not already married. (I'm assuming you're a US citizen.)

If he entered without inspection, then he'd need to return to Mexico and you would need to sponsor him for a waiver which is usually granted.

If entered with inspection (passport and visa), then you can just file the paperwork you'll find at uscis.gov.

You'll also probably need to earn enough (125% x poverty level for your family size) to sponsor him.

look first of all you need to get a job after that u need to find an american man to live with and then u will get ur green card

Unless you are married, you cannot sponsor him for a greencard. Just being the father of your children does not give him the right to get a greencard.
