Im 16 years old and planning on getting a passport.
So i got the form and i filled it completly. Now what?
Do i go the the canada center thing and just give them my passport? what do i need to bring? i have everything. i just dont know what to do.
And when will i receive it? well pretty much any help would be thankfull, i dont know what to do anymore looll

Okay, go to this site: http://www.ppt.gc.ca/index.aspx?lang=eng
To the left panel there is a Step-to-Step guide for NON canadians to apply for passport. Its really good.
Look up where you reside in this website:
http://www.voyage.gc.ca/contact/offices-list_liste-bureaux-eng.asp
and look for the address close to you with a passport sign and mail it or drop it off there.
What to bring to the office when applying> Bring the requriement list in the passport package on page 1 of http://www.ppt.gc.ca/form/pdfs/pptc190.pdf.
Be sure to bring everything including the money and photo!
It all depends, if you put together all the info and docu that the passport requires, then it would be fast. If your missing documents or info that they need, it might pushed back. Its hard to determine these things. Also, depend on when you apply, are you applying during off season ( like when people are not travelling) or during the seasons when everybody need a passport to fly (ie. summer break or christmas).
