My parents sponsor me and my interview is a month from now, however i was wondering about my wife, we are not legally married but have been together for 8yrs, no kids,how can i or what should i say at the interview to get her to come with me to the US, what are her chances.

If you get married right now, she can probably be added to your parents application for you. Your interview will be delayed a couple of months due to the change, but then you can both come to the US together. Without marriage, there is no way |

Your parents sponsorship of you is based on being single.
You need to come to the USA first, then get your Green Card. After you get your Green Card you can go back and get married. Once you are married you can then sponsor her for a visa to come to the USA. |

well if you are a woman her chances are pretty low, but I would ask when I go to the interview, they're probably used to questions like that. or find an immigration lawyer online. |
