How can i get the navy to quite stealing money from me?

I was discharged from the navy in 2006. It wan an honorable discharge. I tried EVERYTHING to stay in and just get some shore time. I was a single father and was not offered the same courtesy to find out how to manage my son and my military life that new navy mothers are. Now they are ruining my credit and taking all my taxes. I've applied for a waiver, but it was denied. I wrote my representative in california, but as in all california politics they ignored their citizens. What can I do? This has been stressing me for years.
Additional Details
I was discharged honorably with a "parenthood" discharge. I was the sole provider for my son. I was on a ship in San Diego. I had a bonus from reenlistment, but was discharged before the date. I requested shore duty and they gave me discharge.
