here is my problem, i was here by sponsor adopted, i been here already 10 years, around that 10 years im allway feeling miss my brother and my mom, now im old enough to do sponsor for my family, but the thing is i dont know that the law in canada accepting me to do that.

If you are a PR or citizen, you can sponsor your family. However, if you have been legally adopted, it becomes a question of if they are still legally considered your family anymore.
Who adopted you? If you have relatives in Canada like an uncle or aunt, they may be able to sponsor your mom and brother under a provincial nominee program if they live in AB, SK or MB, see the provincial programs at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-who.asp
If you can sponsor your mom (and brother if he is under 22), your information can be found here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/index.asp You do need to have made at least $33,159 in the last year (cut-off for a 3 person family). If you are married, you could get your spouse to co-sign but then you would need make at least $40,259 combined (for 4 people). If you have kids already, you need to be making even more. Sponsoring a parent isn't fast, it can easily take 3-4 years after you start the process.
Your mother could also look into immigrating herself, see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/index.asp if she qualifies for anything.

Did you write your relatives names down on the application form when you came to Canada? If you did not write down your parents and siblings names, then you CANNOT sponsor them.

As a PR while your application is in process, you MUST stay in Canada.
Also your siblings can ONLY be part of the parents application IF they are STILL under the age of 18, are not married and still live at home.
If they are over 18, or are maried, then they are not eligible and they must apply to immigrate on their own. |
