How can my employer get a 60days visa in when hi visit philippines hi only have 21days?

my employer is australian national and asking if hi can get a 60days visa to visit philippines

Australian citizen may get visa free entry for 21 days. The entry may be extended for another 38 days by paying a fee of P.3,030 ($98). Another one month extension can be applied for the the Buereau of Immigration for P.4,300 ($139).
If he does not want to queue at the Immigration Office he may also apply for a 3 month single entry tourist visa in advance at the Embassy in Canberra by paying a fee of $54.00 or a multiple entry visa valid for 6 month at $108.00
