my friend is an american citizen and he wants to marry his girlfriend from uk but she claimed asylum in UK and he wants to take her over there to live with him.how can they do this?

Just what 'kitty' said then once they get married she needs to file I-485 to get permanent resident status, then they are good to go.

He applies for a K1 Fiance visa for her from the US. She needs to stay in the UK while it is being processed. Once it is approved, she has to marry him within 90 days, then he can apply to adjust her status.

Tell your friend to get out of the UK because it is scum like her who are taking advantage of the UK and who are really not wanted or needed.
