How can we ask the Mexicans next door to kindly move?

The same way I handled my White Trash Trailer Park refugee that lives next door to me.

Call the police and complain. if they take care of it and it ends, then great. If not, and the police refuse to do their job, then settle it yourself.

Get a baseball bat and go explain that their crap isn't gonna fly in your neighborhood, and you will not tolerate that crap around your children.

If that doesn't work, use the bat on a few of their cars sitting around.

If it turns out they are illegals, use that bat on their other belongings too.

When the police show up to arrest you, don't argue, don't fight, calmly go with them and then sue the crap out of your city for not enforcing the law. If they are illegals, you will have one heck of a case against the city for not taking care of the problem when you did everything by the book and legally.

Just make sure you document their behavior and the police's lack of enforcement. You will need that in court.

Illegals have the ACLU to protect them and sue anyone who bothers them, Citizens need to start taking the matter into their own hands and suing anyone who refuses to enforce the law on behalf of citizens.

Illegals say the law does not apply to them and they have the right to come here and live anyway they want, fine, then lets take the protection of the law away from them also. Lets use the laws to protect the citizens they were designed for and force our government to acknowledge their lack of protection for those they are supposed to serve.

If all of that is truly happening, you don't need to ask them to move. In most cities the cars and broken glass would be an ordinance violation. Contact the local government. They will be issued citations and forced to clean up their yard. Problem solved.

I don't know where you live but there should be certain town/city ordinance against littering/public sanitary issues and you should be able to file complaints. However, I would really be careful with how you do it so that you don't get some kind of retaliation. Because these people don't sound the least bit civil to me

call city inspectors because of the garbage, call social services because of the children, call your local police and if you suspect any of them of being illegal, call ICE!!

If they're not, they still sound like pretty bad Americans, or at least irresponsible ones. You should maybe have a talk with them, and ask them to be more upstanding citizens? just dont get too close, they might hit you- OR spread the swine flu to you! haha that would blow

call the board of health,also if there are code violations {such as cars on the lawn ,broken glass,ETC) call the zoning board.im sure these Mexicans will take care of the eye sores immediately.they do not want trouble,its probably just an over site on there part also consider there heritage and former living enviorment.(mexico) have patience.

Go talk to them first. I promise, being Mexican is not contagious. They're people, just like you and me. If talking to them doesn't work, contact their landlord (if they rent) or the local authorities, as their child's relieving of himself on your house is justification for that.

Surely you have some city ordinances that could help. That is the kind of filth that nobody wants to live next to or even near. I say try the legal methods and then resort to what is left.

Call the city. I did and the terrorist who live next door got written up. The cars are gone now. Then I just call the police everytime they were outside making noise after 10pm. They've learned that that crap isnt going to fly living next to me and hey they dont do it anymore. Good luck

Well, "kindness" does NOT work with most Mexicans, I heard complaints of noisy raunchy Mexican neighbors a "zillion" times, and no kindness ever solved the problem, as in dealing with burros you "stick" works much better than carrot. So call police, your alderman, or even complain to your town/city hall.
