i am having 2 years work permit visa in uk. but i know a company in ireland who can sponsor me for work permit. how difficult is to proceed with the applications if done from uk in comparison with india?

I doubt that it matters. Your citizenship matters. You are not EU so you need a work permit and they have to show that they did not find an EU person to do the job.

the process will be same and u try ur luck in Ireland,and generally it is very difficult to get a work permit as rules r very strict.
