How do I file a replacement for a lost scoical security and green card?

I had lost my social security card and my green card and they are no where to be found and i was born in hong kong but i also dont have my birth certificate because my mom told me it was stolen with the rest of her luggage years ago. How do i get a replacement ? Is this problem unfixable ?

If you have your passport then your Alien registration number will be stamped on your last entry into USA. You can apply for a replacement card by filling I-90. Once you get the card, you can go to Social Security office and apply for a replacement SS card. I am sure you remember your SSN. It will take some time but not too difficult to do. Don't ever carry your SS card with you from here on.

For the green card go to uscis.gov and download form I-90 to
apply for a replacement. Social Security may have a web site to
tell you how to obtain a replacement. If not, go to the local Social
Security office.

If you cannot obtain a birth certificate from Hong Kong, you may be
able to get a copy from your immigration file. uscis.gov may explain how to apply for it.
