How do I transfer from the F1 visa to H1b Without OPT?

I'm Currently on a F1 visa and I'm confused with some employment issues.
My school does'nt provide any sort of OPT or CPT or for that matter Employment Authorization.
If I get an Sponsor to Hire me, even without the OPT, Is there anyway for me to get a transfer from the F1 to the H1B?
Additional Details
I can maintain my status, for as long as I am studying.
I also have an Master's degree in Oral Rehabilitation from the best University in Brazil.
I actually don't know if my school doesn't qualify or the FSA/DSO won't file, all they say is "no work at all", I don't know if that kind of denial is even legal, Because I might need to work get extra money to keep myself studying.

It is not the school's responsibility to find you a job for OPT. You have to find the job and then the school processes the paperwork.
And then on April 1, the employer applies for an H-1B for you before the end of the one year time period of OPT.
The paperwork filing is no big deal really and you may just have spoken to someone who has never done it before or does not know how it is done. If they refuse to do the paperwork for you, ask to talk to the head of the department or higher in the school. Because doing the paperwork for OPT jobs the student had found themselves is part of the responsibility of a school accepting F-1 students.
If the school administration refuses to do it, you will have to hire an immigration lawyer to do it for you. My daughter had to lean on some people at her school for this sort of thing as well.
But as for finding you a job, the school has no responsibility for that.
Consider looking for a job in Huntington, West Virginia. They have the highest rate in the country of people over age 65 with no teeth. Cabell County Hospital maybe. |

Your employer determines whether you qualify to perform in the position that is offered. If you have a baccalaureate degree and qualify for their specialty occupation and they desire your services, then OPT is not in the equation. |
