How do i find out if my passport is vaild?

because it was not valid until i made a payment i did like two weeks ago

Yours is a very curious question. Why do you even doubt it is not valid?
You don't say country issued your passport but in all my experience a passport remains valid until the expiry date shown on the passport. That is unless it has been revoked and you would tend to know about that.
Finally, you mention making a payment. Other than a one-time fee usually paid to the government's official passport issuing authority there are never any further fees until you need to renew.
Again, your question only begs more questions: what country issued your passport, are you still a citizen of that country, are you residing in that country, where and how was your passport issued?

Very passport has issue date and expiration date. What is your nationality? Are you talking about US passport or something else?

Your passport is valid on the date you receive it until the date it expires. You do not pay for it over time.

I called mu passport in lost filled out and mailed the form found my passport 2 days later never got anything stating that my passport is no longer valid how can I check and see if it is still valid I am a us citizen
